Do you have a physical store

No we are an Online Boutique

What if the product I want in my size is out of stock

Email us and we can try and get item back in stock for you.

What if I want to return my purchase

If you are not completely happy with your purchase we are certainly happy for you to return the product. Please see our returns policy here

How long will it take for my order to arrive

We will ship your item within 48 hours of receiving your order (except for when your order is received on the weekend). You should receive your item within 7 days.

I’m missing an item from my order or received the wrong/faulty item.

For wrong or faulty items or an item is missing from your order, we apologies please contact us and we will refund or replace the item for you. Please email us on sales@kayzeesfasionhouse.com.au 

How do I know if my return has been processed?

We will email you as soon as we have processed your return. We will process within two days of receiving the return.
